Thank you so much for watching Brenda! It can be a wonderful journey when we realize that all the fear and beliefs we have around food are all in our heads. The reality is vegan food and a vegan lifestyle is so simple and wonderful, and if you see it as a fun journey, you’ll be blessed with seeing fun and simplicity everywhere.
