Vegan Cashew Sour Cream

This cashew sour cream is creamy, tangy, and easy to make. It’s perfect for tacos, baked potatoes, or dipping your favorite snacks! Add cilantro or chipotle seasoning for a fun twist.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups (225 g) raw cashews, soaked for 8-12 hours and drained
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
