Thank you for asking this question—it is one we get pretty frequently. 

To be quite honest, you could ask ten vegans that question and get ten different answers. There&#039;s no rule book that states what is vegan and what isn&#039;t, and that&#039;s because there&#039;s no clear dividing line between what causes harm and what doesn&#039;t. It&#039;s up to us to decide for ourselves. I&#039;d encourage you to look into the processing of these products and make a decision based on how you feel.
