- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1-1/2 cups vegan milk
- 2 tbsp canola oil
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients, then gently add the wet ingredients. Don’t stir too much—a few lumps are okay!
- Cook on a hot, oiled skillet.
