Overnight Oats

Crunched for time in the morning? We’ve got you covered! Just a few minutes of prep before bed and your breakfast will be ready before you are!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (45g) quick or rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) any vegan milk (oat, soy, almond, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup (45g) fresh fruit (frozen blueberries, chopped apple, raisins)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sweetener optional (brown sugar, maple syrup, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar.
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight. It’s ready to eat when you get up the next morning!
