To boost the nutrition, I cut the coconut milk and tried subbing a cashew cream: almond milk and soaked cashews, blended. I&#039;ve never made anything like this before and it&#039;s yummy. I doubled it to take for lunches all week. So thanks and congrats on your first recipe post! I&#039;ll file this under &quot;Lisa&#039;s Potato Soup&quot; :]]]></description>
