I’m a mayo freak. I used as much mayo in the Hampton Creek bottle that moved out. This tasted better reheated for some reason.
What worked for me=
~2 cups chickpeas replacing meat
2 bunches swiss chard, stems cut up and left part crunchy
~ 340mL mayo
white pepper
no celery
no onion
no sultanas
no wrap

Hi Lonna! Thank you! The response was great, and yes most of the attendees were not vegan. Most of the food was gone by the end of the event, and I think the only exception to that was the veggie tray (which I admit was a pretty unexciting addition). 🙂
