Thank you for this review. Mistress Ginger Cooks!, sounds like a winner. The author knows how to incorporate fun in the kitchen. Nothing goes better with good food, like fun and laughter! While I may not use all of the same ingredients it looks as though her recipes give a great base for fun and delicious dishes. For instance, I bet spaghetti squash would be a great alternative to processed noodles. Yum! Thanks again!

I do not eat processed food so pasta is out. Do not eat gluten. Do not like pesto.

I can't make most recipes since I won't use many ingredients. That is why I do not buy vegan cookbooks.

I cannot trust that it is truly 100% cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, so I don't use it anymore. If you know of any brands that can be trusted, let me know.

Never had coconut milk that did not stay mixed. I guess that is bad. Where can I get the kind the author uses?

Thank you.
