Gluten-free flour mixes tend to be a bit more starchy, so you may need to use more almond milk to get the desired dough texture.]]></description>

I changed the ingredients slightly for my version as I am Coeliac.... so I used Gluten free Dark Chocolate and Gluten free products in place of yours ( no dairy and totally Vegan) and also I used Pumpkin Seed Butter as I wanted my father to be able to eat some as he has a Peanut allergy I couldn&#039;t use peanut butter ( my father is also Coeliac and a type 1 Diabetic) So I used Coconut Sugar and Xylitol in exchange for the Cane sugars you used so that they weren&#039;t as sweet. It sounds like another recipe with all those Substitutions but no the credit still goes to you for inventing such a lovely Biscuit (cookie) Recipe!]]></description>
