Peanut Sauce

There’s nothing like peanut sauce to add an instant Asian twist to everything from grilled tofu to sticky rice, and roasted veggies to stir fries.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or sugar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Optional: 1/8 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried ginger powder or 1 tbsp fresh chopped ginger
  • 2-4 tbsp warm water; start with 2 and add more for a thinner consistency

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients and pour over cooked rice or pasta.
  2. Add steamed vegetables or a side salad and have a filling, protein-rich meal.
