There’s nothing like peanut sauce to add an instant Asian twist to everything from grilled tofu to sticky rice, and roasted veggies to stir fries.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Optional: 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp dried ginger powder or 1 tbsp fresh chopped ginger
- 2-4 tbsp warm water; start with 2 and add more for a thinner consistency
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients and pour over cooked rice or pasta.
- Add steamed vegetables or a side salad and have a filling, protein-rich meal.
