Pancakes



Not just for weekends anymore! These pancakes come together in minutes so you can
enjoy them any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups vegan milk
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients, then gently add the wet ingredients. Don’t stir too much—a few lumps are okay!
  2. Cook on a hot, oiled skillet.
  3. Add blueberries, bananas, cinnamon, etc.
