I can remember when a cornucopia full of fruits and vegetables was a symbol of Thanksgiving. Of course, the Pilgrims and the Native Americans have been used as symbols also, but that was a story with a very unhappy ending - much like the story of the turkey and Thanksgiving.]]></description>
